On the occasion of The 3rd French Week in Vietnam, EAI-DEGW, CEIS (leading French consultative offices in strategy and risk management), SHTP (Saigon Hi Tech Park) and TMA (one of leading IT outsourcing company of Vietnam) have formalized the partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding on 26 November 2010.
The partnership will enable all parties to further promote the development and technology transfer of SME in Hi-Tech in both countries and on the region level.
The MOU's signature ceremony was held at French Embassy at Hanoi with the witness of Mr Pierre Lelouche - French Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, Mr Jean Francois Girault - French Ambassador in Vietnam.
